This policy describes how Sedjro Digital LLC ("Sedjro Digital," "we," "us"), an Alaska limited liability company, collects and uses information on sedjrodigital.com and in connection with our development services and software products.

• Contact information you send us — name, email address, phone number, and project details when you email us or request a quote.
• Business account information when you subscribe to one of our software products — business name, contact details, and configuration you enter into the product.
• Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processors (such as Stripe). We receive transaction records but never store your full card number.
• Technical logs — our hosting providers record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

2. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not use your project materials or your customers' data for anything other than delivering the service you engaged us for.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, operate and support our software products, invoice and collect payment, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect our services from abuse.

4. Customer Data in Our Software Products

Businesses that use our platforms (for example, Murielle Beauty Cloud) remain the owners of their own customer data. We process that data on their behalf to provide the platform — bookings, orders, and messages belong to the business that collected them, and we access it only to operate, support, and secure the service.

5. Service Providers

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business:

• Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Amazon Web Services)
• Email delivery (e.g., Zoho Mail, Resend)

Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy commitments.

6. Data Retention

We keep correspondence and business records as long as needed for the engagement and for legal, accounting, and tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Subscription data is deleted or returned on request after a subscription ends, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and access controls limited to those who need the data to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

8. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing contact@sedjrodigital.com. We respond to all requests within a reasonable time.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
